1. Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using YouPu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of YouPu.

These Terms apply to all YouPu features, including but not limited to itinerary management, travel content editing, photo display, and settings.

2. Service Description

2.1 Feature Overview

Journey dashboard and content module browsing.
Itinerary creation, editing, searching, and viewing.
Local profile settings (nickname, avatar) stored on-device.
Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) recharge workflow.

2.2 Service Availability

We aim to provide stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

3. User Conduct Rules

When using YouPu, you must not:

Post or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, harassing, or hateful content.
Disrupt app functionality, security mechanisms, or other users' normal experience.
Use automation for abusive scraping, attacks, or misuse.

If violations occur, we may provide warnings, restrict features, or block content as appropriate.

4. Recharge and In-App Purchases

Paid items in YouPu are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.

Billing and refund rules are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
If payment fails, times out, or is interrupted, please retry as prompted.
You are responsible for ensuring your Apple account has valid payment authorization.

We do not directly process bank card details or third-party payment account credentials.

5. Content Moderation and Community Safety

YouPu provides reporting and blocking tools to help maintain a safer community experience.

You may report or block inappropriate content.
We may limit or remove visibility of content under applicable rules.
Moderation reduces risk but does not guarantee pre-screening of all content.

6. Intellectual Property

The YouPu app, including interface designs, code, text, graphics, and related materials, is protected by applicable law. Without explicit written permission, you may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, or commercially redistribute these materials.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YouPu is provided on an "as is" basis.
For losses caused by network issues, device limitations, compatibility, or third-party platforms, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Interruptions, delays, or failures caused by force majeure or factors beyond reasonable control do not constitute breach.

If laws in your region prohibit certain exclusions or limitations, those restrictions apply to the extent required by law.

8. Multi-Region Legal Compliance

YouPu takes cross-region compliance seriously and respects mandatory legal rights available to users, including but not limited to:

California, United States: Relevant consumer protection and privacy framework principles (including CCPA/CPRA-related expectations).
Canada: Fair information practice principles under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
Singapore: Data protection and transparency requirements under PDPA.
Australia: Applicable obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms based on feature changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated versions will be posted in-app with a new effective date.

Your continued use of YouPu after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
